Dear Valued Customer,

We recently made an enhancement to our online payment system. The following is a guide to using it.

When you go to our website www.a-affordabledisposal.com and click on payments, it will direct you to MY Online Bill and prompt you to set up an account with a username and password. To do this you will need your account number which you can find on any bill (it is a 6 digit # that starts with a 1). If you had a new account set up today you will not be able to use this system until tomorrow morning.

 MY Online Bill allows you to make one-time payments, store a payment method, set up Auto Pay, and choose Paperless Billing. It accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amex, and electronic checks (ACH).

**Credit Card payments may take up to 3 business days to post, and electronic checks (ACH) may take up to 7 business days to post. **

 You may also view any invoices that have been generated. Unfortunately, the system will not let you view any adjustments or charges that are made in between billings, and the system does take one (1) day to update any changes made including payments.

 We greatly appreciate your business and do encourage all our customers that are able to utilize this new payment system. If you are unable to go online, you are welcome to mail in payments, drop off, or call them in 1-time payments for the $2.00 pay-by-phone fee.

**We recommend all current Auto Pay customers to update their email address through our website or by calling the office. ** All new notices you would receive regarding Automatic Payments will be sent through email once you have one on file.
